She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Dugas Sr. and Dora Senegal Dugas; her husband Carroll Jack, Sr. of Washington; her children, Kevin and Octave; and her siblings, Dora Johnson, Dalton Dugas and Adam Dugas.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela (John Blakeslee) and Carroll Jack Jr. (Trinia Washington); her grandchildren, Cecilia Blakeslee, Teresa Blakeslee, Malachi of Washington, Kevin Blakeslee and Kaitlyn of Washington; and her siblings, Annie Pearl Hull (Dolphus), Gerald Dugas (Minnie), Christopher Dugas (Brenda), Alfred Dugas (Dorothy), Cheryl Noel (Waynne) and Leslie Dugas, Jr. (Mary). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
