He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Luke LeBlanc and Ruth Elizabeth Trahan Leblanc; and his grandson Griffin Luke Vincent LeBlanc. He is survived by: his wife Pat Marie Touchet LeBlanc of Lafayette; his children, Kevin LeBlanc of Lafayette and Christi Credeur (Toby) of Broussard; his brother Jerry Luke LeBlanc (Kathryn) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Kennedy LeBlanc, Katie Beth Credeur, Grace LeBlanc and Julian Credeur; his nieces, Laura LeBlanc, Emma LeBlanc and Ellie LeBlanc; and his caregiver Seth Porche.
