She was predeceased by: her husband Percy Jean-Batiste; her parents, Alcide Noel and Julie Ocave Noel; her sons, Steven, Alvin, Howard, Roland and Felton Jean-Batiste; and her siblings, Upton, Percy, Napoleon, Elinus, John E., Doris, Rena, Mable and Yola.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Frederick (David), Milton (Joann), Johnny, Hershey, Percy Jr. (Sandra) and Kenneth; her stepchildren, Johnnee Alexander, Gary Richard, Memphis Matthews and Pauline Castille; and her caregivers, Patricia Joseph, Mary Landry, David Frederick and Linda Anderson. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at Syrie Funeral Home from 10:00 a. m. until 11:30 a. m. All those in attendance must wear a mask or face covering.
