She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Simon and Amy Doucet; her husband Donald Thomas Boudreaux; her grandson Ian Thomas DeShazo; and her brothers, Clement E. Simon and Gilroy A. "Pete" Simon.

She is survived by: her children, Susan B. DeShazo, Karen Theriot and Jack Thomas Boudreaux. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
