He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bevers and Verie Mathews Bevers; his daughter Sandy Jackson; his stepchildren, Cynthia Rose Marie Miller, Peggy Doucet, Joe Miller and Elroy Miller, Jr.; and his siblings, Richard Bevers, Ernest Bevers and Bobbie Jean Garner.
He is survived by: his wife Freida S. Bevers of Lafayette; his children, Henry R. "Ronnie" Bevers, Jr. (Lisa) of Wetumpka, AL, Sheryl B. Hulsey (Dennis) of Orange Beach, AL and Linda Hall of West Monroe, LA; his stepdaughters, Mary Jane Scott (Mark) of Lafayette, Cheryl Miller of Lafayette, Karen Domengeaux of Lafayette, Christine Watts (Tom) of Lafayette, Terry Grimsley (John) of Scott and Sarah Romero (Mitch) of Maurice; and his son-in-law Mike Jackson of West Monroe, LA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 step-grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several dear nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
