He is survived by: his wife Kathy Noel; his children, Howard Noel, Jr., Keith Joseph Viator (Kelly), Michael James Viator, Gertrude Noel and Tina Noel; his grandchildren, Devin Grantham, Duston Noel, Dakota Noel, Lacie Schexnayder (Dwayne), Chelsi Viator, Kaiden Viator, Kaitlin Viator (Tyler Carter), Lance Viator, Toria Thompson and Tatum Thompson; his great grandchildren, Jimi, Clay, Cruz and Oaklyn; and his godson Ricky Dugas.
