We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Irene Oja of Lafayette, Louisiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Hebert and Aline Broussard; her husband Ernest Oja; her sons, Galen Boutte (Sylvia) and Victor Jay Boutte; and her grandson Michael Kennedy.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Boutte, Hugo Boutte, Sheila B. Lopez (Jerry), Jackie B. Barnett (Guy), Harlan Boutte (Karen), Joey Boutte (Rebekah) and Christopher Boutte (Lynn). She is also survived by 34 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren, and 16 great great grandchildren.
