He was predeceased by: his father Jack L. Henderson Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Dolores Henderson; his wife Gayle Henderson; and his brothers, Bob and Paul Henderson. He is also survived by five children, nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Hospice of Acadiana.
