He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacques Leger, Jr. and Rose Richard; his wife Darlene; his grandson Chris McGee; and his son-in-law Kirt Goodson.
He is survived by: his children, Martha Beth Goodson of Carencro, Brad Phillips (Susan) of Carencro, A. J, Tom Primeaux (Sylvia) of Lafayette, Toby Primeaux (Jamie) of Carencro, Eva Primeaux Walden of Lafayette, Jaqueline Lain (Raymond) of Lafayette and Terry Lynn Phillips of Seven Points, TX; his sister-in-law Kay Martin of Lafayette; and his sister Kay Martin of Lafayette. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter.
