He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandchildren, Collin, Jack Lawrence and Nori; his wife Julie Cormier; his children, Jayci Dean (Dan) and Collin Cormier (Jasmyne); his mother Eva (Allen Guidry); his grandchildren, Jack Cormier and Eleanor Cormier; his sisters, Vicki Moras (Ralph) and Peggy Naquin (Andy); his father Carroll Cormier; and his caregivers, Christy, Kim, Oretta, Maleena, Lauri and Kent Zerangue.
In lieu of flowers, Jack's family requests that donations be made to Team Gleason for the continued support of ALS patients and research (TeamGleason.org).
