With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jackson Reed Poole of Lafayette, Louisiana, born in Youngsville, Louisiana, who passed away on June 15, 2025 at the age of 22. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Jackson Reed shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jackson Reed farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Joseph Donald Kelley, Paul Harris Poole and Doris Lawson Poole; and his grandmother Karen Jean Milstead. He is survived by: his parents, Danny Paul Poole II and Misty Newton; his siblings, Danny P. "Trey" Poole III, Haley P. Wilson (Dylan) and Madelyn Poole; and his nephews, Beau and Creedyn Wilson. He is also survived by numerous grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, loved ones, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Delhomme Funeral Home - Lafayette (1011 Bertrand Dr, Lafayette, LA 70506). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery (2111 W Pinhook Rd, Lafayette, LA 70508).
