He is survived by: his daughter Haley M. Guidroz (Dylan); his mother Betty Joe Barnes Merrill; and his siblings, Julie Ann Merrill, Dana M. Faciane (Henry), Clayton Alan Merrill, Carl Wayne Merrill (Theresa) and Danny Ray Merrill (Cheryl). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
