She was predeceased by: her parents, Melanie Piraino Macaluso and John William Monjure; and her sister Clare Monjure Aiuvalasit (Tony). She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Simon Dunaway (Lige) and Nanette Simon Cook (David); her grandchildren, David Dunaway, Kevin Dunaway, Elise Dunaway, Clare Cook Autin (Robert), Emily Cook Harris (Andy), John Cook (Jackie), Eleanor Cook Smith (David) and Christopher Cook; her great grandchildren, Mathilde Autin, Cerise Autin and Sam Cook; and her caregiver Hester John-Louis.
