He is survived by: his wife Maria L. Isaac; his children, John Isaac, Jr. (TreAnna), Isiah Isaac (Jodi) of Lafayette, Louisiana., Ashley Simpson, Carmen Isaac of Lafayette and Cherish Isaac of Minot; his brothers, Corey Isaac (Corine) of Mesquite, Donovan Decuir (Stacy) of Arlington and Phalan Decuir of Lafayette, Louisiana; and his cousin Travis Breaux (Virgil Pop Harmon) of Arlington.
