He was predeceased by: his parents, Fuad Mahfouz and Lena Guilbeau; and his brothers, Michael A. Mahfouz Sr. and James Mahfouz (Rose). He is survived by: his daughters, Melanie Mahfouz Harris (William) and Brandi Mahfouz Ingles (Dennis); his grandchildren, Caleb Harris (Alicen), Morgan Harris (Christian Gendron), Collin Harris, Faith Ingles and Lane Ingles; his great grandchildren, Brooks Harris and Adam Harris; and his brother George Mahfouz (Mikki). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
