He is survived by: his children, Brittany Baltazar Chaisson (Forrest), Katorya Noel Martin (Kevin), Latorya Baltazar Williams (Brandon), Chatorya Baltazar, Jutorya Baltazar, Dasia Baltazar, Destiny Baltazar, Abby Baltazar, Corey Green and Michael Baltazar Jr. (Megan); and his siblings, Mary Margaret Baltazar Potier, Louette Batiste of Breaux Bridge, LA, Van Ray Baltazar of Breaux Bridge, LA, Brian Keith Baltazar of Breaux Bridge, LA and Kenny Rogers Baltazar (Hattie) of Raceland, LA.. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and two godchildren.
