He was predeceased by: his parents, Jules Francis Jr. and Angerella Richard Francis; his granddaughters, Arrianna Hebert and Louella Joubert; his siblings, Thelma Francis, Lucy Francis Savoy and Phillip Francis; his siblings' children, Larry Francis, Kenneth Francis, Jason Trahan and Sarah Francis; his grandparents, Ophelia Guidry, Jack Francis, Jules Francis Sr. and Louise Francis; and his siblings-in-law, Ida Mae Francis and Carlton Savoy.

He is survived by: his daughter Louella Francis; his granddaughters, Cyann Francis of Lafayette and Destiny Joubert of Lafayette; his siblings, Betty Francis of Orlando, FL. and Joseph Francis of Lafayette; and his goddaughters, Bernice Francis, Nicole Williams of Lafayette and Ruby Henderson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
