She is survived by: her sons, Richard Hernandez (Jene) of Lafayette and David Hernandez (Jennifer) of Crowley; her grandchildren, Ty Foreman (Alana), Evan Hernandez, Macy Hernandez, Emma Hernandez, Rylee Hernandez, Noah Hernandez and William Hernandez; her great grandchild Preston Foreman; and her brothers, Charles Richard (Edna) of Lafayette and Bennett Richard (Kimberly) of Westlake.
