She was predeceased by: her parents, Phister Liles and Sally Young; and her husband Vorin J. Welch. She is survived by: her children, James L. Welch (Becky), Steven C. Welch (Judi), Mark A. Welch (Conni), Linda Welch Stout (Billy) and Richard D. Welch (Kathy); and her sister Lula Belle Geer. She is also survived by Twelve grandchildren; Thirty great grandchildren; Nine great-great grandchildren.
