She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Lewis Sr. and Sudie Temple. She is survived by: her siblings, Butch Lewis (Peggy) and Sheri Lewis Hester (Barry); her siblings' children, Kaye Lewis Richard (Ren), Josh Lewis (Brett), Jeremy Lewis (Yvette), Caleb Hester and Jacob Hester (Brittanie); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Allie Lavergne, Katie Lavergne, Kameron Matthews, Collin Hester, Kaydance Bowen, Zain Richard, Maggie Lewis and Demi Hester.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Covenant Methodist Church of Lafayette - Angel Tree, in memory of Kathy.
