He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lipps Penn of Lafayette; his children, Mark Penn (Kelsey) of Arnaudville, Justin Penn (Baylii) of Arnaudville, Alise Frederick (Kaylor) of Broussard, Blake Boudreaux (Tisha) of Broussard and Cayle Boudreaux (Jennifer) of Carencro; his siblings, Wanda Faye Doucet, Mamie Hettinger (Paul) and Tony Penn (Debbie); and his grandchildren, KJ, Korbin, Coen, Brigs, Madison, Leighton, Owyn, Beckham, Tripp, Navy and Brecken.
