He is survived by: his fiancée Crystal Kirkpatrick; his daughters, Taylor Smith (Michael) and Jaeden Lyons; his brothers, Timothy Lyons (Cherie), Mark Lyons (Penny), Kelly Lyons and Terry Lyons (Christie); his stepdaughter Carleigh Higginbotham (Waylon); and his godson Dylan Lyons (Edwin). He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Gossen Funeral Home Inc. (504 N Polk St, Rayne, LA 70578). A rosary will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
