He is survived by: his children, Christopher Morvant-Suire (Lynn) of Morgan City, Stephanie "Louise" Suire (Jason) of St. Martinville and Heather Dore of New Iberia; his grandchildren, Cassandra Stevenson, Nathan Z. Stevenson of Lafayette, James P. Morvant, Heather J. Stansbury, Kagin Suire and Conner Darby of St. Martinville; his great grandchild Wrenley Mae Suire; and his brother Kerry J. Suire of New Iberia.
