He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn McBride (Tim) of Lafayette; his grandchild Jamey Domec of Lafayette; his great grandchildren, Luke McBride, Lexi Lassalle, Christopher Domec and Andrew Domec; and his siblings, Velgie Albarado of Lafayette, Theresa Thibodeaux of Lake Charles, Kernis Huval of Sunset and Hubert Huval of Lafayette.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Walters Funeral Home (2424 N University Ave, Lafayette, LA 70507). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the St. Leo the Great Catholic Church (300 W Alexander St, Lafayette, LA 70501). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 4:45 PM to 5:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (355 Teurlings Dr, Lafayette, LA 70501).
