He was predeceased by: his parents, Lovelis Lucien Hebert Sr. and Patsy Harrington Hebert; and his half-brothers, Vernon, Howard and Robert Hebert.
He is survived by: his wife Latricia Daigle Hebert; his children, Emilie Hebert Lamkin (Ricky) and Jacob P. Hebert; his sisters, Linda Hebert Cook (Craig) and Patsy Hebert; his granddaughters, Haley, Jamey and Kelsey Lamkin; and his nephews, Dr. Aaron Cook, Jarrod Cook, Dr. Robert and Andrew.
