She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaston Vincent and Katie Duhon; her husband Clifford James Lear; her sons, Calvin James Lear and Patrick Lear; her granddaughter Lillian Claire Lear; and her siblings, Mary Calcotte, Delta Meche and Floyd Vincent.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Lear (Darin Lee), Bernadette Gaudin (Bruce), Elaine Lear, Robert Lear (Lucinda Blanchard) and Kellye Lear Glass; her siblings, Mildred Patin, Grace Sonnier, Marion Landry and Stanless Vincent; and her daughter-in-law Gale Grossie Lear. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
