He was predeceased by: his parents, Mackie Pratt and Rosalie Tate; his wife Janice Pratt; and his siblings, Gertie Mayeux and Laddie Pratt.

He is survived by: his children, Doug Pratt (Chris), David Pratt (Charlene), Paula Pratt and Honorary; his grandchildren, Susan Hall, Jason Pratt, Eric Pratt, David Pratt, Jr. and Hunter Pratt; and his great grandchildren, Camryn Godeaux, Jenna Pratt, Jackson Pratt and Truett Pratt.
