With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Lasseigne of Lafayette, Louisiana, born in Elkader, Iowa, who passed away on November 13, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Willard Lasseigne; her parents, Warren Goodin and Madonna Pennington Goodin; and her siblings, Richard Francis Goodin, Robert Joseph Goodin, Virginia Clay Odegard, Mary Catherine Dennler, Susan Grace Burns, Nancy Carol Knowlton and Madonna Marie Grulkey.
She is survived by: her children, Todd Lasseigne of Lafayette and Melissa Duhon (Cyd) of Maurice; her stepdaughter Stephanie Lasseigne of St. Martinville; and her brothers, Warren Edward "Eddie" Goodin of Sterling Heights, MI and John Michael Goodin of Volga, IA. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
