Dugas of Lafayette, Louisiana, born in Jeanerette, Louisiana, who passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rene Anthony Guillotte and Bernice Marie Simoneaud; her siblings, Ann G. Rugg, Arleen G. Hebert, Rene Guillotte, Jr. and David Guillotte; and her niece Angelle L. Moore.
She is survived by: her sons, Alvin Dugas, III (Shelia) and Rene'Dugas; her grandsons, Trey Dugas (Brittany) and Trevor Dugas (Maddie Romero); and her great grandchildren, Ava Dugas, Aubree Dugas, George, Anderson and Stella-Ann Dugas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Delhomme Chapel of Scott (705 Marie St, Scott, LA 70583). A rosary will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
