He is survived by: his siblings, Dr. Lynn Guidry Lastraps of Broussard, Hazel Keahey (Thomas Keahey), Elizabeth Guidry Bartlett (Albert Lee) of Lafayette, Bubba Guidry (Claire) of Lafayette, Gene P. Guidry (Jeanie) of Arnaudville and Paul Nolan Guidry (Lisa) of Broussard.
