He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen DeValcourt and Mary Lou DeValcourt Fontenot. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Carrera; his sisters, Marvel Taylor, Rosa Stelly (Howard) and Dana Mitchell (John Pat); and his grandchildren, Sophia Carrera, Maddie, Natalie and Laila Morrison.
