She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Anthony Pierre, Jr. of Lafayette, LA and Tiffany Ealy (Derrick) of Fresno, TX; her grandchildren, Jacoby Pierre of Lafayette, LA and Deston Ealy of Fresno, TX; her brother Burley Provost of St. Martinville, LA; her sisters-in-law, Emma Provost of St. Martinville, LA and Patricia Prejean of Lafayette, LA; her close friend Peter Bruno; her husband Anthony Pierre, Sr.; her parents, Odda Provost and Cecilia Provost; her grandson Avante Davone Pierre; her siblings, Sherman Provost and Ethel Provost; her siblings-in-law, Curtis Pierre, Geneva Laxey, Helen Stamps, Rosa Mae Laxey Anderson, Dorothy Pierre, Edward Laxey, Peter R. Laxey Sr. and Peter Prejean; and her siblings' children, George Provost, Darnell Prejean, John M. Laxey, Graylin Laxey, Peter Laxey Jr., Paul Carston Sr., Linda Laxey, Frances Laxey and Alberta Laxey. She was also cherished by loving nieces, nephews, and family.

A rosary will be recited by the Ladies Auxiliary of IHM Church at 9:30 a. m. All those in attendance must wear a mask or face covering.
