He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruffin Lowry and Maclyn Lowry; his sister Catherine Lowry; his son Jonathon Lowry; and his former wife Kathi Philliber Palombo.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Lowry (Crystal) of Lafayette, Laney Lowry (Chris Toon) of Fort Worth and Logan Lowry (Sarah Treadway) of Broussard; his grandchildren, Amalie Greene, Walker Lowry, Bennett Lowry, Elijah Lowry, Evan Lowry, Raylynn Belaire and Jack Lowry; his significant other Paula Richmond; and his former wife Vicky Lowry.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cypress Funeral Home (206 W Lafayette St, Maurice, LA 70555). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
