She was predeceased by: her husband Wilfred Cormier; her son Byron John Cormier; her parents, John Lewis and Susie Lewis; and her siblings, Clarence Lewis, Miller Lewis, Lloyd Lewis, Morgan Lewis, Curley Lewis, Rosabelle Collins, Gladys Norman, Betsey Simier, Mary Beckett, Lula Lewis and Sarah Applon.
She is survived by: her daughter Irene Cormier Henry; her grandchildren, Cheryl Smith, Brandon Cormier and Candace Cormier; her great grandchildren, Whitney Elizabeth Smith, Willie Smith, Jr., William Smith, Brandon Lamar, Jr., Aaliyah Cormier, Xavior Winters, Zuri Winters, Yari Winters, Raven Harper and Amber Smith; and her great great grandchildren, Aiden Harper and Karter Harper.
