He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Ray Perry and Lyla Hope Skinner; and his grandparents, Edward Perry, Joyce Greyson, Glendora England, Winfred Skinner and Jennie Burrs Skinner.
He is survived by: his friend Rev. Chris Blanchard; his wife Lindsay Boyd Perry; his sons, William Ray Perry, Blake Thomas Perry and Oliver Paul Perry; his siblings, David M. Perry, Jennie L. Perry, Mary E. Perry-Hernandez, Paula R. Perry-Rocha and Theenda Y. Perry Burrus; and his siblings' children, Emily Stutes, Kori Romero, Khale Collard and Ayden Metz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers (1011 Bertrand Dr, Lafayette, LA 70506). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations can be made to Foster the Love Louisiana (https://fosterthelovela.org) or Respire Haiti , two organizations that held a special place in Nathan's heart.
