He is survived by: his close friend Vergie LeCompte; his children, Judith Menard, Randall K. Menard (Dorothy), Deborah Menard Faulkner (Gregory) and Sandra Billeaudeau (James); his grandchildren, Tyranny Blum (Jason), Brandon Begnaud (Sabine), Joseph Begnaud (Laura), James Begnaud, Jonathan Begnaud (Amanda), Shea Faulkner, Suzanne Faulkner, Jillian Hebert (Jeffrey), Jordan Billeaudeau, James "Buzz" Billeaudeau and Jared Billeaudeau; and his siblings, Dolores M. Guidry and Russell Menard. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and 3 bonus great grandchildren.

A rosary will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church - Milton (208 E Edith Rd, Lafayette, LA 70558). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
