He is survived by: his wife Dorothy St. Julien Doomes; his son Durwin Neville Doomes; his grandchildren, Austin, Dylan Doomes and Mio Arriga; his great grandchild Adrian Everett Rabalais Doomes; his sister-in-law Lillie Belle Brown; and his siblings, Earl Doomes (Mazie), Ronnie, Lou Bertha Doomes Gloston (Lucius) of Opelousas, LA, Shirley Doomes Grimes (Tyree) and Geraldine Doomes Walker (Oscar) of Lafayette, LA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
