She was predeceased by: her father Paul Thomas Eckholt; her former husband David Brenham; her mother Lilly Doris Mouton Hebert; and her half-brother Lee Hebert. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Derouen; her children, Shelley D. LaSalle (Charmaine Romero), Joey Derouen (Asdis) and Christy D. DelGuidice (Jason); her grandchildren, Hayden Derouen, Emily McKellar, Haley Derouen, Jack McKellar and Mel Romero; and her sister Jackie Mitchell Gaubert. She is also survived by her children and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Delhomme Funeral Home - Lafayette (1011 Bertrand Dr, Lafayette, LA 70506). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers (1011 Bertrand Dr, Lafayette, LA 70506).
