She was predeceased by: her parents, Earline Lewis, and Harry Lewis, Sr.; her siblings, Larry, Michele Lewis, Janice and Janet Lewis; her grandparents, Hebert, Albertha Matthews, Elijah and Rosa Lewis; and her aunts, Edna Lewis, Rosemary, Ruby and Yvonne Lewis.
She is survived by: her sons, Andjujar Lewis (Shantrell) and De'Anthony Lewis; her siblings, Harry Lewis, Jr., Arlene Tardieff (Freddie), Lisa Nevarez (Carlos), Nancy Dumas and Paula Johnson (Eric); and her goddaughter Tarkisha Lewis. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
