With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick Dale Cummins (Lafayette, Louisiana), who passed away on December 23, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Lee Cummins, Sr. and Mildred "Millie" Hebert; his son Patrick Dale Cummins II; and his sisters, Karen "Kit" Cummins and Christine "Chris" C. Freese.
He is survived by: his children, Lauren Cummins and Michael Cummins (Mauryana); his grandchildren, Aiden, Riley, Easton, Eleanor, Vivian, Oliver, Kinsley and Griffin; and his siblings, Robert L. "Butch" Cummins Jr., Jean Cummins, Terri Cormier, Candace Gilbert, Shawn Cummins and Tracy Cummins.
