He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Ward Faulk, Sr., Rita Mae Stackhouse Faulk, Homer Grover Ledford and Nina Nadine Sorg Ledford; and his aunts, Ruby Marie Faulk Spaetgens, Gloria Lee Faulk Kibodeaux and Myrna Lou Ledford Loomis.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Wallis Hagelin Faulk of Lafayette; his daughter Heather Gayle Faulk; his parents, Renold Irvin Faulk and Gayle Nina Ledford Faulk of Youngsville; and his siblings, Renold Scott Faulk of Youngsville and Michelle Rene Faulk Glick of Youngsville.
