It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Joseph Giroir (Lafayette, Louisiana), born in New Iberia, Louisiana, who passed away on July 16, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Leonie "Jake" Giroir; his wife Charlotte Dominique Giroir; his mother Therese LeBlanc Giroir; his parents-in-law, Elaine Koury Dominique and Edward Dominique; and his grandparents, Alida Leblanc, Charles Leblanc, Adio Giroir and Birdie Barras Giroir.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon (Travis Head) and Ryan Giroir (Lisa Pritchett Giroir); his grandchildren, Iris and Leonie Head; and his godchildren, Ashley Reed and Marie Claire Cheramie. He is also survived by numerous sister- and brother-in-laws; cousins, nieces, and nephews he loved.
