Though Peggy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Peggy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her mother Florence "Flo" Jane Wheeler; her husband William Paul Myers; her siblings, Carol Lucero, Michael Lucero and Gloria Lucero; her father Claude Millard; and her siblings, Mike Millard and Mary Jane Millard.
She is survived by: her sons, William Mark Myers and Robert Lee Myers; and her brother John Millard (Janet). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers (1011 Bertrand Dr, Lafayette, LA 70506). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bushnell Cemetery - Bushnell.
