Stirling and Jacob A. Stirling; his siblings, Elette S. Meaux (John) and Alexander "Al" R. Stirling III (Kaye); and the mothers of children, Angela Muller Tauzin and Maggie Toca Stirling.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Perry's name to Miles Perret Cancer Services, which is a haven for individuals and families fighting, surviving, and living with cancer.
