In the sacred silence of farewell, Rachel is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Lynn R. Hamilton; and her parents, Ann Abrams and Dougal Abrams. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Hamilton (Karen) and John Hamilton (Julia Lawrence); her grandchildren, Kelly Such Stewart and Carrie Such LaFleur; and her friend Gavine Pitner of Salisbury, NC.. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
