He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Laurent and Marie Laurent; his former wife Geralyn Laurent; and his stepson Steven Gaudet, II. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Stephanie Gaudet; his stepdaughter-in-law Lany Gaudet; his stepgrandchildren, Haleigh Brown (Zach), Kyleigh Gaudet, Steven Gaudet, III and Landon Gaudet; and his siblings, Pamela Benton (Michael), Paula Smith (Kenneth), David Laurent (Christine) and Paul John Laurent (Melody).
