She was predeceased by: her mother Mildred Baker; her stepfather Clarence Baker; her father Earl Brumfield; and her siblings, Earline Bryant, Annamarie Tyler and Dwight Brumfield.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Meyers of Carencro; her children, Andrea Meyers (Joseph Beran) of Carencro, Benjamin Meyers (Quentilla) of Houston, TX and Timothy Meyers (Jaime) of Yorktown, VA; her sisters, Gwendolyn Hurley of Carencro and Annette Gilley (Tom) of West Monroe, LA; her grandchildren, Morgan Danyus, Thomas Danyus, Jacob Meyers and Olivia Meyers; and her great grandchild Ila West.
