She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Filer; her parents, Rene Robertson, Sr. and Mary Louise Wiltz; and her siblings, Rene Robertson, Jr., Alphe Robertson, Sr., Alcee Robertson and Isabella T. Wiltz.
She is survived by: her daughter Arlene Filer of Lafayette, LA; her grandchildren, Taylor Ferguson of Lafayette, LA, Bethany Ferguson of Lafayette, LA and Payton Filer of Lafayette, LA; her brothers, Sidney Robertson of Lafayette, LA and Earl Robertson (Mary Genevieve) of Houston, TX; and her close friend Brenda Savoy of St. Martinville, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, church family and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 surge, masks are required to be worn by all attendees at the church and cemetery.
