He was predeceased by: his parents, John Primeaux and Inez Monte; and his brothers, Kenneth Primeaux and Dwight Primeaux. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Primeaux of Carencro, Jamie Primeaux of Denver, CO and Rusty Primeaux of Lafayette; his close friend Peggy Venable of Sunset; his sons, Kevin Garcia of Sunset and Brent Garcia of Sunset; his grandchildren, Logan Primeaux, Brooke Colarelli, Jaiden LeJeune and Remi James; and his siblings, Harold Primeaux (Linda) of Carencro, Eunice Marie Primeaux of Lafayette and Janet Pigaron of Indian Bayou.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Melancon Funeral Home Chapel (4117 N University Ave, Carencro, LA 70520). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
