He was predeceased by : his parents, Lee L. Billeaud and Eunice Webb. He is survived by : his children, Robert Jr. (Maj), Annette (Gilberto), Karen and Gregory; his granddaughter Jennifer (Gregg); and his children, Victoria, Brent, Samantha (Guillermo), Michael (SSgt) and Michelle. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
